7.30am to 8.30am:  Group Exercise

8.30am to 9.00am:  Selfcare

9.00am to 9.45am:  Group Breakfast and Gratitude

15 Minute Break

10.00am to 10.15am: Group Meditation 

10.15am to 11.00am: Topic Workshop

(eg.  Relapse Prevention)

11.00am to 11.30am:  Talk about Feelings in Group

15 Minute Break

11.45am to 12.45am: Topic Workshop

(eg. Healthy Relationships)

15 Minute Break

1.00pm to 2.00pm: Group Lunch

2.00pm to 3.00pm: Free Time

3.00pm to 4.00pm: Topic Workshop

(eg. Identifying Triggers)

15 Minute Break

4.15pm to 5.15pm: Art Workshop

15 Minute Break

5.30pm to 6.30pm: Mindfulness Workshop

30 Minute Break

7.00pm to 8.00pm: Group Dinner

8.00pm to 9.30pm: Recreational Time and Snack

10.00pm Lights Out

 

Weekends: Saturday to Sunday

Excursions, Free Time and Movies.

 

Sunday:  Family and Friends Visits from 3.00pm to 5.00pm.

 

Sunday: Family Education on Recovery

2 Times per Month as Agreed Upon.
